We are Top of Mind e-commerce software houses in Europe. As a leader in introducing new technologies supporting the online growth of our clients’ businesses, we work for top brands, such as BOSCH, Osram, Axel Johnson International, Norstedts and Wurth. Divante business is growing +60% YoY and rapidly expanding on foreign markets. We are currently focusing on building a strong presence and expanding our customer base in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). We have chosen Berlin for our HQ in the region.

Divante is a place where you can work on the most innovative IT projects for dynamically developing clients representing many industries from all over the world. In order to strengthen our presence in Germany, we are looking for a motivated, experienced and ambitious person for the position of Business Development Manager.


What will you be doing?

  • Generating and managing sales leads

  • Analyzing clients’ needs and preparing sales offers

  • Taking part in conferences and networking across DACH and Europe

  • Practical use of modern approach to sales

  • Actively creating and developing the offer

  • International marketing

What else would be appreciated?

  • Fluent German and English

  • Experience in selling software development solutions

  • Experience in e-commerce would be a great asset

  • Experience with B2B/Enterprise clients

  • Independence and creativity in problem solving

  • Motivation and passion for attracting new clients
