Divante business is growing +60% YoY and rapidly expanding on foreign markets. We are currently focusing on building a strong presence and expanding our customer base in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). We have chosen Berlin for our HQ in the region.
In order to strengthen our presence in Germany, we are looking for a motivated, experienced and ambitious person for the position of Business Development Manager.
What will you be doing?
Generating and managing sales leads
Analyzing clients’ needs, preparing sales offers and negotiating
Co-creating a strategy of working with a client
Taking part in conferences and networking across DACH and Europe
Preparing presentations, initiating creative workshops, scoping sessions with clients
Practical use of modern approach to sales
Actively creating and developing the offer
What do we expect from you?
Fluent German and English
Experience in selling software development solutions
Experience in e-commerce and network of business contacts
Independence and creativity in problem solving
Motivation and passion for attracting new clients
High negotiating skills and a great talent for argumentation
What else would be appreciated?
Experience with B2B/Enterprise clients
Experience in online marketing and omnichannel
