Software Development Manager (Tribe Master) is a combined role as a Manager for the Tribe, Leader for people and Project Manager. Your experience in each of these will be very appreciated.

Two years ago we have changed our structure. We rearranged our teams into 20-people Tribes specializing in a chosen spectrum of technologies. The Tribe is led by Tribe Master and it is not dispersed after completing a project. Our Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the delivery of the whole each project. One team usually consist of 4-5 people (developers, front-line, tester and PM). We work in SCRUM, usually in 2-week sprints, where at the end of the Review we present the effects of our work in front of the client.
The role of Tribe Master is vital in constantly improving the Tribe processes, care about Tribe members and cooperating with Directors and Boards Members in ensuring the best outcome of the whole Tribe performance.


Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 zł net B2B + VAT


What will you be doing?

  • Human and resources management
  • Responsibility for Tribe Projects, people and processes Cooperate with team members, board members, stakeholders, and other Tribe Masters and Directors (whole company)
  • Being responsible for the development of the Tribe Shaping 
  • Tribe development, processes, and aims 
  • Tribe budgeting, income, and spending 
  • Responsible for the delivery of projects within your Tribe 
  • Leading and motivating each Tribe member 
  • Supporting Project Managers within the Tribe
  • Supporting sales processes within Tribe projects


What are our main requirements for an ideal candidate?

  • Experience (at least 4 years) in running IT projects (preferably e-commerce)
  • Practical knowledge of the management methodologies
  • Experience in using Agile methodologies
  • Ability to plan and organize work
  • Experience in career development of your employees
  • The ease at establishing business connections
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Take responsibility for the tribe's results
  • Creativity, independence, responsibility, and initiative
  • Being an inspiration for people and understand them well
  • Leading changes and improvement of Divante processes
  • Fluent English (at least B2)
  • Fluent German would be a big plus
  • We are open to candidates with international consulting background
